With new developments helping us ease into safer days, we're keeping up with our promise to do our part in providing a safe space for you and your skin while still giving you simple, easy, effective at all fronts.


Kindly ensure to bring your vaccination card during your visit. The mall guards may require this to be presented before entering the mall's premises.



What could this mean for me?


This means you might be required to complete one extra step towards your skin progress.

That extra step could look like any of these:

Bringing your physical vaccination card as you enter the premises Our Spaces are located in

or

Sending us a photo of your vaccination card ahead of your vaccine e-certification which you can request here ahead of time.

What we can do to make it a little easier

Our team can take note of your vaccination status ahead of time when you send us your proof of vaccination in advance.

When you do this, we'll be putting a visual marker in your secured customer profile that indicates that we've reviewed your vaccination status.

With that, you'll be able to breeze through our in-store screening process on your next (skin) date with us— no more additional steps after.

Don't worry, no vaccination cards, photos, or certificates will be kept— just that tiny, visual update in your profile which only our team could see!

I don't plan on getting vaccinated or can't get the vaccine right now, what will this mean for me?

We understand that there might be something holding you back from getting vaccinated. We totally respect your choices. If you planned ahead and still have unused sessions with us, you can reach our branches here to discuss your options.

Reopening Inquiries

When will you be open again?
As of October 16, 2021, ALL LOCATIONS have safely re-opened.

What will be your new procedures or guidelines to maintain safety once you reopen?
To ensure that you'll have a safe and relaxing experience at our spaces, we have implemented enhanced standard safety protocols and updated our operational guidelines. You may view our updated Safety Guidelines below.

Appointments and Bookings

How can I book an appointment?
You may book your appointment via Online Booking or via Phone/SMS/Email at your preferred location.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once you’ve successfully booked your appointment, please wait for confirmation from our branch representative within 24 hours. We apologize for any delays in our response due to the volume we are managing.

Which treatments can I book?
You may book for any of your preferred treatment! But of course, we'll still do a consultation prior to your treatment to see if it's really suited for your skin.

Package Concerns

Will missing my scheduled appointment affect the results of my treatment?
We know how much you've looked forward to your monthly appointments, and it’s heartbreaking that we weren't able to give you that support. Don’t worry - although a temporary pause might delay achieving your desired results, it won’t affect the effectiveness of your previous treatments.

In case I have any questions regarding my treatment, how can I reach you?
Our coronavirus-immune social channels are always open for you. We want to continue to offer moments of care anytime we can, so you may reach us at our branches’ contact numbers, as well as our social media lines. We look forward to hearing from you!

What will happen to the remaining sessions in my package?
Don’t worry, all remaining sessions are intact. You may use them at any of your preferred Simply Skin location.

Skincare Products

Are you delivering skincare product?
Yes, we are! Our skincare partner, Seekspace, is available to deliver your favorite skincare must-haves straight to your doorstep! You may follow their official Instagram account for more updates.

What can I do to better take care of my skin before the next treatment?
Religiously continue your skincare routine in the comfort of your own home. You can also amp up your routine with facial massages while using targeted serums and hydrating moisturizers. Don’t forget to use sunscreen even when indoors. Lastly, stay hydrated!
